Paula is an accomplished executive who has worked in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Paula brings over 20 years experience in international sales, business development, commercialization, marketing, brand expansion and philanthropy across the FMCG, pharmaceutical, human resources and education sectors. Her strength lies in her ability to use sound commercial principles to develop strategic, mutually beneficial and results driven business partnerships.

Paula is currently a Director of Frontier Health Australia – a company she founded to assist Australian manufacturer’s of naturally based beauty and personal care products expand into new global markets especially in Asia. Paula holds a Diploma of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) from UniSA.
