Meghan is a consultant in Caldwell’s Houston office and a key member of the Industrial Practice with a focus on the oil & gas sector. Experience Previously, Meghan was a consultant with a global boutique executive search firm specializing in the oil & gas and mining industry. Here she worked with clients in all areas of the energy value chain, in particular oilfield service companies, equipment manufacturers and private equity. Before entering into executive search, Meghan worked and traveled internationally with an independent oil & gas operator where she collaborated with teams across operations, portfolio, geoscience, EHSS and community relations. Education Meghan received her bachelor’s degree in international affairs from The George Washington University with a concentration in Middle Eastern studies followed by an MBA from the University of Houston.
