I get a lot of energy from people who have passion and pleasure in what they do and who radiate that. And whatever profession or hobby that is, that doesn't matter to me. Just having a passion for what you do and doing it with full dedication, that is also what I think we can distinguish ourselves as a company. I think that these are basic ingredients for success. That applies to both the companies and people we work for, but also to our own team.
