Diane has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate and recruiting industries and has been with RETS since 2007. Diane is one of the top commercial real estate recruiters focused in the San Francisco Bay Area and has placed over 250 candidates with REITs, third party service firms and private equity firms. Before joining RETS, she grew from an entry level to a director level in commercial real estate with Prometheus, TMG Partners and Orchard Commercial. Diane’s extensive experience in the industry gives her a unique perspective which allows her to seek out the best talent in the business. Diane is motivated by the interaction with different types of people across all aspects of her career. Because of her determined personality she never gives up, and she won’t stop searching until she finds the perfect candidate. She has a proven ability to work with clients for all levels of positions and is recognized for her tenacious drive. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, attending outdoor music events, going on tropical vacations and wine tasting! One day after retiring from the recruiting world, you might find her pouring wine at a local winery or perhaps at a boutique winery in Tuscany (which is her true dream destination)!
