I am a senior human resources recruitment consultant supporting the recruitment of HR professionals across the West Midlands and South West regions into both public and private sectors. Recruiting both operational and strategic HR opportunities on a permanent, interim or contract basis. Areas of recruitment include generalist HR positions, employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development and HR data analytics. I established my recruitment career with Hays and recently built the human resources recruitment division in Cheltenham, supporting the local market. I have successfully worked with diverse industries and organisations during this time including manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, legal, technology, retail, insurance and financial services. I like to provide comprehensive support to HR professionals in my network and have arranged networking events and employment law seminars in partnership with businesses to allow continued personal and professional development. I have always supported various charities and participated in charity events, I travelled to the Dominican Republic in 2012 to provide community and educational support and in 2017 ran the Townsville half marathon for charity.
