Uta Fischer is Project Director at tomkos.partners in Hamburg. She moved to tomkos.partners with over 13 years of executive search experience from her time at Russell Reynolds Associates. In direct collaboration with Dr. Thomas Tomkos, her focus is on supporting and coordinating the filling of executive board, management, supervisory board and advisory board positions as well as coordinating efficiency audits of supervisory boards and advisory boards. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Uta Fischer worked for many years as an account manager and budget director for owner agencies and international network agencies in the development and management of communication concepts for the financial and media sectors. She has been with tomkos.partners from the very beginning and brings this expertise to all issues relating to marketing and branding in the company. Uta Fischer studied marketing communication at the Academy for Marketing & Communication in Cologne and graduated there with a bachelor's degree (BA).
