I am convinced that this industry focus is the essential foundation for our extensive network, deep market penetration , and rapid, sustainably successful placements . Therefore, the expansion of the GET AHEAD Consumer & Luxury Practice Group is particularly important to me. Furthermore, I am passionate about the ongoing development of our core methodology – Evidence-Based Personality Diagnostics (EPD). This enables us to comprehensively assess leadership personality , resulting in efficient selection processes and a high degree of accuracy.

Alongside my business administration studies, I learned the ropes of personnel consulting from the ground up. Before joining GET AHEAD, I worked for an international executive search firm. I also completed an MBA program in Business Psychology. Our two Senior Advisors, Dr. Jörg Knaack and Dr. Bernd-Georg Spies, have been and continue to be particularly inspiring to me.

Executive search is a fascinating field for me because the industry focus allows me to delve deeply into the subject matter and I constantly encounter inspiring personalities. Our task is to predict the professional performance of executives in a VUCA world* . This makes our job very exciting and multifaceted.
