Claude is a seasoned executive who brings over two decades of C-suite level commercial experience in professional services, consumer goods, technology, logistics and sports with some of the world’s leading organisations, both in Australia and internationally including having led the Consumer Practice for Heidrick & Struggles in Asia. Claude was most recently the Managing Director for Nielsen Sports and Entertainment based in Singapore where he led a large advisory team across Asia Pacific, working with world leading brands, rights holders and broadcasters at CEO and Board level. Prior to that, Claude was the Vice President for SAP Asia Pacific running the Retail, FMCG, Sports & Life Sciences Practices. In that role, Claude advised and partnered with leading local and multinational companies, with an interest in optimising their digital platforms. Claude has had a distinguished career holding senior leadership roles in Asia and Australia with Accenture, CEVA Logistics, Campbell Arnott’s and Heidrick & Struggles. Claude understands the needs of clients and brings deep insights in respect of their businesses, markets and talent requirements. In his earlier career, Claude was an elite rugby union player and remains heavily involved in professional rugby in his spare time. Claude holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong.
