Jay has a career within the recruitment sector spanning 20+ years both in the UK and Australia. Prior to Redpath Jay was responsible for building and leading the construction and property business in Sydney for a globally recognised recruitment service provider. Jay brings with him a wealth of knowledge right across the project lifecycle having worked in every sector from design to build to facility management. Over the years he has fostered long-term working relationships in both the private and public sectors and is well networked with local industry professionals.
