James leads the executive practice for u&u and brings 18 years’ experience leading assignments both domestically and abroad. James works with Boards and Executive teams on the appointment of critical leadership roles. His experience includes working on the appointments of CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, EGM's, Regional and General Managers as well as highly specialised senior management roles. Clients have included multi-billion dollar multi-national businesses, ASX listed companies, private and publicly funded entities, ultra-high-growth entrepreneurial start-ups and not for profit organisations. Throughout his time in executive search he has gained significant exposure to industries including: Agribusiness, Food, Resources, Utilities and Engineering, Technology, Gaming, Finance & Private Equity, Property and Construction, Education and Not for Profit. Having started his career in research, James utilises a deep knowledge of online networks and search tools to enable far broader coverage of the desired market in which he is working.
