Since launching our USA business in 2020, I’ve supported a wide range of UK recruitment brands in expanding across key markets including New York, Austin, Boston, LA, and Miami. I now lead our enterprise accounts, partnering with boards of global businesses to make multiple strategic hires. Based in New York, I cover mid to senior-level roles across sectors such as energy, technology, life sciences, and financial services. Being on the ground means I can meet our clients and candidates in person and build real, long-term partnerships, something I believe makes all the difference.
