Ryan is a Partner and Executive Recruiter in the Nonprofit Practice at ThinkingAhead. He connects top-notch industry leaders with meaningful client organizations across the country. A Kentucky native, he and his wife Autumn make their home in North Canton, OH and have a blended family of nine! He graduated from Kentucky Christian University and worked in ministry for two decades, progressing as a Student Pastor, Teaching Pastor, and ultimately as Lead Pastor for many years. During that time, he became a sought-after speaker at conferences nationwide, and a contributing writer for multiple magazines and media outlets. Now he works primarily with faith-based, poverty/relief, social justice, and human rights organizations to fill executive level and fundraising/development roles. Since stepping into executive search, Ryan has become a top performer with ThinkingAhead, having won multiple organizational awards.
