Patrick Rowan is a Partner with Feldman Daxon Partners and joined us in 2002 as an executive search consultant. Working closely with his research and support team, he personally executes every search with a high attention to detail and service to clients and candidates. He has successfully completed more than 350 retained searches across Canada for clients in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, and he has an extensive track record in executive recruitment in the municipal and provincial government sectors. Prior to joining our firm, Patrick was in business development with IBM Canada, Johnson & Johnson, ITI Information Technology Institute and EXOCOM Consulting. He has leveraged his experience to develop a diverse portfolio of clients and completed assignments, and a highly successful recruiting process. Patrick has an MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He lives in Oakville, Ontario.
