Hitesh Patel is founder and Managing Partner of Auctus Search Partners, LLC. His experience includes 7 years of investment banking and 7 years of recruiting investment bankers and asset management professionals. Prior to founding Auctus Search Partners, Hitesh was Manager and recruitment lead of the Chicago Banking & Financial Services practice of Page Executive and Michael Page, a $2+ billion executive recruitment firm. While here, his primary focus was recruiting investment bankers, as well as other front office investment banking and asset management professionals. His track record includes successfully placing over 100 mid to senior level professionals, including 80+ investment bankers. Clients included boutique, large middle market, bulge bracket, and international banks, in addition to private equity firms and hedge funds. Throughout his time in recruitment, Hitesh has established an extensive number of sell- and buy- side contacts in the banking and financial services industry. Hitesh started his career with a boutique small to lower middle market investment bank where helped advise companies in a variety of industries ranging from start-ups to $100M+ in revenue. Transaction experience includes capital raises, mergers & acquisitions, exit strategies, private placements, valuation services and strategic consulting. Hitesh was born and raised in the greater Chicago area and graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a dual degree in Finance and Information & Decision Sciences.
