Parvyez Salam, former Banker turned Recruiter, has over 12 years specialised experience in Risk Management and Analytics recruitment, covering both the permanent and interim markets. As a hands on recruiter, he has previously built successful teams at Aston Carter, McGregor Boyall and Eames, and enjoys developing people whilst creating a positive, dynamic and driven environment. Parvyez joined Taylor Root as Director in July 2018, with ambitions to grow and develop the Risk and Analytics division.
