As Director of Marketing Solutions, in the Professional Recruiting division, Natalie works alongside hiring managers and HR leaders to place marketing, communications, and design talent in both digital and traditional verticals. Her focus includes all levels of leadership and individual contributor positions. Natalie has 11 years of recruiting experience, leading Marketing, Communications, and Design Permanent Placement divisions where her clients ranged from small-midsize to Fortune 500 companies in industries spanning from manufacturing, SaaS, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, government, nonprofit, and professional services organizations. She focuses on building and executing recruiting strategies, employer branding, improving the hiring process, tech implementation, creating metrics, and delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Natalie lives in Plymouth with her husband and two girls, Ellery and Violet. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with and without kids, hosting all holiday & football parties, trying and failing in DIY’ing any home renovations and patiently waiting to add a dog to the family.
