Klaus has a solid business understanding and wins the client’s trust within executive search, executive assessments, coaching and leadership programmes. Klaus Henning has a background as Management Consultant, Managing Director, Country Manager and board member positions in the IT sector and professional services industry. Klaus Henning became an officer in the Royal Norwegian Naval Forces in 1998, holds a Cand. Mag. degree in Physchology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science at the Copenhagen Business School.
