Claudio Fertonani has more than fifteen years’ experience in Executive Search. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH Italia he gained significant experience within SmithKlineBeecham (now GSK) and Bayer. He has held various senior management positions with well known pharmaceutical Manufacturers. He holds a Degree in Political Sciences and speaks Italian, English and French fluently. He is co-author of the book “L’evoluzione dei sistemi di valutazione delle competenze manageriali” (Development of the systems for assessment of managerial skills) . He is based in Milan.
