Eric joins LifeSci Search with six years of executive search experience specific to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare. Eric has successfully executed searches across nearly all functional areas, with a recent focus in the startup healthtech and digital health space. His experience spans across all C-suite and functional heads often times for investor-backed start-ups as well as established commercial stage life science organizations. Eric began his career in search in a boutique firm focused on regulatory affairs in biotech and pharmaceutical spaces. Prior to executive search, he worked in higher education administration, and pivoted to search after years helping students plan for their own careers. Eric graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst as a history major and education minor, as well as being a player/coach for the club lacrosse team. In his spare time, he can be found trying desperately to improve his golf handicap or enjoy a local brewery. As part of the LifeSci team, Eric blends his skills of execution and relationship building to establish trust and provide top results for clients across all life science sectors.
