Katharina Kaiser is the Country Manager for Austria at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Kaiser brings 15 years of expertise acquired in the international Executive Search companies, through successful completion of over 200 regional senior level and executive level search assignments in her career. She has a wealth of experience in C-level assessment and recruitment of senior professionals in Austria and throughout Europe, with a focus on Industrial, Consumer Goods & Retail industries. Ms. Kaiser holds a Master’s degree from University of Vienna. In addition to her native German, she speaks fluent English and can communicate in French.
