Psychologist graduated from the EPP (School of Practitioner Psychologists), Léa discovered the world of support and professional assessment through an internship in an independent Lyon firm. Passionate about the human approach and the entrepreneurial dimension of this profession, she chose to complete her studies with a specialty in “Business Psychology”. At the beginning of 2017, she joined a Parisian Human Resources consulting firm specializing in the search and evaluation of senior executives, in the hotel/restaurant and retail sectors, in which she works as a Consultant. With three years of experience, Léa made the choice in 2020 to return to her region of origin and joined the Lyon branch of Keyman in January 2021 as an Executive Search Specialist to continue to drive her engines: customer satisfaction and human relations. Esthete, passionate about design and fashion, Léa likes to spend time strolling through museums and discovering new exhibitions. Very attached to her family and friends, she never misses an opportunity to find them.
