Brian J. Ruggeberg is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services practice. He has more than 25 years of executive coaching experience, focusing his work on leadership development, career development, teamwork, interpersonal dynamics and behavioral change. Brian graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in psychology from Cornell College and earned an M.S. in psychology and a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from Old Dominion University. He is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial-Organization Psychology (SIOP) and was the 2002-2003 president of the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology (METRO). He is also a founding member of the I/O corporate advisory board for Hofstra University and the corporate advisory board for Farmingdale State College SUNY. He has contributed to various book chapters and journal articles, and has conducted more than 70 presentations at professional conferences.
