Natalie Tyler

I am lucky enough to work for a growing and dynamic company that allows me to do just that! By supporting my passion of working with great people and delivering even greater results, means that I can achieve success each and every day, both professionally and personally.

In my current role I get to help build our companies future. I am able to connect awesome people to exciting opportunities here within the Redline Group, and then support and guide them in their learning and development, watching them spread their wings and fly!

We believe that the core of our business is people and they make us who we are today. Our people are the fundamental contributors to our success and longevity in the recruitment sector. We continue to recruit and retain top quality people in the industry and offer a dynamic and motivating environment to work in.
