Hi, I’m Kaylah! After finishing college with three A levels, I joined Spencer Clarke Group in 2021. I made a risky decision to not go to University but I definitely made the right choice because I have found my passion in recruitment. I specialise in education and SEND recruitment, recruiting SEND Teachers, SEMH Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants across Greater Manchester. Recruitment is an extremely fast paced industry however I thrive off the challenge and I love the variety that working in education recruitment brings. Helping schools with their staffing needs and assisting education professionals with their job search is why I get out of bed in the morning. It really is rewarding to play even just a small part in helping schools have a positive influence on a child or young person’s development. I love working at Spencer Clarke Group, the company culture is amazing and it's clear that they value their employees. I’m excited to be a part of Spencer Clarke Group’s growth and development in the future. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones. I also have two small dogs who I love taking on adventurous walks.
