Olav Vergeldt has been Managing Partner since the acquisition of TopProfile Executive Search by Schelstraete Delacourt in 2023. He is responsible for Schelstraete Delacourt Netherlands. He started his career in international logistics services. At the beginning of 2005, he switched to recruitment based on a broad interest in business management and leadership. Since 2012, he has been using his experience and expertise at TopProfile Executive Search, where he grew through various steps to the role of Managing Director. With more than 20 years of experience in advising (family) businesses, shareholders and private equity, he uses his expertise to guide complex issues and succession problems, particularly focused on the manufacturing industry and logistics.
