Jenneke studied Psychology and Strategic Management of Innovations. In 2000, she started her career as a group trainee at ABN AMRO, where she retired in 2016 as a member of the Board of Directors of Special Management for SMEs and Large Enterprises. The common thread in her leadership roles was definitely Change. Cultural changes in departments, disruptive changes in the market (fintechs) and (strategic) restructuring in companies whose survival was under pressure. The leadership that is needed in these situations fascinates Jenneke immensely. In addition to financial and insolvency courses at Moody's and Radboud University, this led to leadership courses at De Baak and Nijenrode, among others. In addition, she followed the Academic Coach training (Academy for Coaching). Curious about the world outside the Zuidas, Jenneke started in 2018 as Director at the Protestant Church in Amsterdam. Her connecting nature and business execution power came in handy here in the change assignment that awaited. The portfolio of (historical) churches and the network provided special coalitions with philanthropic, social and cultural organizations. This has deepened and broadened Jenneke's view of society. The supervisory directorships in the healthcare and housing construction sector naturally also contributed and contribute to this. Jenneke followed a Supervisory Board training (2019, Public Academy) and a number of further courses in the context of her supervisory roles (VTW, NVTZ). She is currently working on her TMA certification. Jenneke is also an accredited and registered Mediator. As a Partner, Jenneke is mainly involved in Leadership Development, Self-evaluation & Executive Coaching. Jenneke is driven and energetic; with an eye for people and relationships. She is result oriented, but does not lose sight of perspective. She sees intermediate steps, so it remains relaxed and light. She is naturally connecting and likes to work with people and teams working on growth and development and believes in evolution more than revolution.
