A graduate in Public Relations from ESRP-University of Barcelona, ​​she holds a postgraduate degree in Public Relations for Managers from Harvard Extension School. Her professional career began with a first stage in the international textile retail sector, as a consultant for various foreign fashion brands. She will subsequently continue her professional career at a technology company, a medical entity, and a private bank in positions collaborating with the HR department. In January 2020, she began her career in Human Resources Consulting at a Spanish Executive Search firm as a Senior Consultant, managing executive search projects both nationally and internationally for companies across a variety of sectors and types. In 2023, she will join the Euromanager team as a Senior Consultant. Monica speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
