With a diploma from the ESC Bordeaux and an Executive MBA from the ESSEC, she started her career with the American group Estée Lauder. This was a foundation experience for her career, as her passion for the luxury products sector led her to hold positions of Marketing and Communication Manager in this sector for various international brands for twenty years. In 2007, her understanding of people and her involvement in Corporate Management led her to move into work as a human resources and recruitment consultant. She is also trained in Coaching, and she works for the ESSEC Executive Education program on coaching candidates and participants in various training curricula. She joined the URVIKA Group in 2011, where she works on assignments to directly approach Executives and Managers in all activity sectors.
