Mr. Greg Gerson joined ZRG Partners in 2018 as a Managing Director in the firm’s Healthcare Services & Solutions Practice. He has more than 17 years of search experience with a variety of healthcare clients including: hospitals, integrated health systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, insurance companies and other health services organizations. Prior to ZRG, Mr. Gerson was with Korn Ferry, serving as Market Leader for Future step, as well as Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Philadelphia office. He previously served as a compensation specialist with Aon Consulting, where he provided clients with employee and executive compensation solutions specifically for health care and academic institutions. Mr. Gerson also served as a health care consultant in the strategic consulting division of Longshore + Simmons. In this role, he conducted multiple client engagements including hospital medical staff planning, executive/physician compensation studies and the development of hospital-physician joint venture ambulatory surgery centers. Mr. Gerson started his career in the health care industry as an administrative resident at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University
