Tylik joined Sheffield Haworth in 2020 as an Associate in the Global Real Assets Practice. Tylik began his executive search career working at a boutique contingency based search firm. While there, he focused exclusively on Real Estate mandates throughout the United States. He holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
