Lina Guo is a Director in our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices. She focuses on the placement of in-house counsel at all levels for legal departments ranging from those in Fortune 500 companies to emerging start-ups. Acting as a strategic partner, Lina works with clients to make critical hires, including general counsel and chief compliance officer. Lina has spearheaded searches across a variety of industries and sectors, including technology and biopharmaceutical. She works closely with her clients and candidates to gain an understanding of their needs so that she can make the ideal match for both parties. Lina grew up on the East Coast and spent a significant amount of time in the Midwest, but considers California “home.” She spends her free time cooking and hiking.
