Bill Halpin, Executive Director, is a talent acquisition leader proficient at developing creative recruiting solutions to attract top talent in the placement of candidates in the transit and transportation industry. As a generalist, Mr. Halpin is now dedicating significant time to the ever-growing Practice, placing individuals in risk, safety, procurement, and operations. Mr. Halpin’s technical expertise has assisted clients in their complex openings in their need for competitive talent. He manages search assignments in the construction of rail, ports, utilities, high rise buildings, toll roads and tunnels. With degrees in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from Union College and an MBA from New York University, Mr. Halpin is well qualified to assist clients in creating effective solutions to complex staffing needs.
