Olli-Pekka has extensive experience of over 20 years in executive search, board recruitment and management evaluation. His clients include private equity investors, family-owned and listed companies. Before becoming a Senior Partner at Johto Advisors in 2021, he worked as the Director of the Board & Executive business of a large international executive search company. He has also worked as a unit manager and HR director in the metal industry. Olli-Pekka holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Management.
