WHAT MADE YOU INTERESTED IN A CAREER IN RECRUITING? I worked in the accounting world prior to recruiting and always loved the people side of the job. I thought recruiting would be a great way to leverage my CPA experience, while also using my people skills in a more direct way. WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER RECRUITERS? I have a CPA and an MA in Counseling Psychology. I feel that this combination allows me to understand the day to day finance and accounting work that my clients perform, as well as what drives their decision making processes both at work and in their personal lives. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME? I love spending time with my two sons (10 and 12). They are the most amazing kids, and watching them grow up brings me so much joy.
