Alexander Zinser has more than 20 years of management experience as Chief Legal Officer and member of the executive board in multinational companies in the life science, FMCG, commodities and IT sectors. In this role, he recruited, built and developed legal and compliance teams. He regularly supported complex restructuring and transformation processes as well as M&A transactions with a volume of up to CHF 5 billion. He began his career at a renowned law firm. He is passionate about helping companies make more differentiated decisions about top talent. Alexander Zinser has worked in Germany, Hong Kong and Luxembourg and has been active in Switzerland for over 15 years. He has an extensive national and international network, including as long-standing president of the IMD Alumni Club Zurich and as founder of the General Counsel Forum Switzerland. Alexander Zinser studied law at the universities of Passau, Birmingham, Strasbourg, Vienna and Munich and earned his doctorate on the subject of takeover bids. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is admitted to the German and Swiss bar.
