Anna has been recruiting senior staff for beyond profit clients since 2009, focusing on securing quality talent at Chief Executive, Director and Board level. After graduating in Business Management, Anna initially worked within the beyond profit sector before moving to an award-winning career in the property industry. As Principal Consultant, Anna now enjoys combining her passion for the sector with providing an exceptional service. Anna has a wide range of experience, from recruiting Chief Executives for environmental organisations, such as The Wildlife Trusts, to campaigning organisations. such as War on Want, to community led organisations such as Women’s Aid England. As a result, she draws on the unique elements of each organisation, with a focus on value alignment. Anna has supported senior leaders to restructure their teams to create greater impact and brings a strong track record of recruiting a breadth of Director roles, together with a strong understanding of income generation, having previously led Prospectus’s award-winning Fundraising Team. She has also developed strong networks in the North West England and in Scotland. Anna is experienced at working with clients to ensure a highly inclusive experience for candidates, using innovative approaches.
