Jay is member of True's Games, Entertainment, Media & Sports (GEMS) practice, partnering with high-growth businesses and VC/PE firms to attract and retain their leaders for the future. Prior to joining True, Jay’s executive search experienced covered COO, CCO and chief transformation officer/leadership placements across his client base of investment banks, asset managers and hedge funds in the U.K., Europe and the U.S. Jay has been in the United States for the past four years, having come to America to launch the US office and executive search business for a boutique London based recruitment brand. He currently splits his time between New York and Los Angeles.
