Henning von Borcke is currently a Partner at Stanton Chase. He specialises in executive search within the Technology and Private Equity sectors. He focuses on C-level roles such as CEO, COO, CMO, CTO, and CDO, plus specialist searches across the above industry groups. He started his career in the Dispute Analysis and Investigations division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, working on international audit and forensic projects. He became interested in the use and adoption of the Internet and consequently joined the e-commerce company ASOS in the year 2000 to launch its brand globally. Leadership roles at Register.com, VeriSign, and his own consulting firm responsible for Internet core infrastructure and security solutions soon followed. In 2009, he joined the multinational communications corporation WPP. He held both operational and strategic roles such as Managing Director. His responsibilities included service offerings like search engine optimization & advertising, web analytics, digital marketing, social media, and content management solutions. He then joined the digital marketing communications company iProspect at Dentsu Inc. At iProspect, he was responsible for its operating income, account and sales strategy, and the development of new digital products and services. In 2015, he joined a global recruitment consultancy and IT outsourcing service provider as a Managing Consultant. He established the consultancy as a provider in the Norwegian market and acted as Lead for the Interim Management solution and Digital and Tech subject matter expert. In 2018, he co-founded and was COO of a global procurement platform that manages the complete procurement and assignment process companies undertake when choosing a recruitment provider. In this role, he regularly assisted private equity firms and their portfolio companies with global recruitment assignments. He joined Stanton Chase International in 2022 as a Partner. He is also a Non-Executive Director at a global private equity firm and sits on the board of a HR tech company. Henning received a law degree from the University of Kent, followed by legal studies at the College of Law in London.
