Mr. Trösser has been working internationally as a management consultant and interim manager for transformations and turnarounds in medium-sized companies and corporations for over 10 years. He successfully manages projects worldwide, including in the USA, South America, India, China and Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Australia and in various European countries. When major financial improvements are needed in the short term in unclear situations, he takes on responsibility for the implementation and results of his clients' problems in special assignments. In addition to his track record in the area of ​​restructuring, he supports companies in all areas of corporate finance, M&A and corporate real estate. Here he can draw on transaction experience of several hundred million euros. Mr. Trösser studied at the EBS European Business School in Germany and the Marriot School of Business in the USA. After successfully completing his studies, Mr. Trösser worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the Corporate Performance Competence Center. In 2011, Mr. Trösser founded his own management consultancy and continues to run it successfully to this day, in addition to serving on several advisory boards of rapidly growing and successful companies, such as the Hagedorn Group.
