As both an Army officer and a corporate executive, I learned that crossing perceived boundaries was essential to accomplishing goals & objectives effectively. My early successes in financial services & technology—in sales management, product development and recruitment roles—were tested by a dual career, since I stayed in the military serving a global command with a high likelihood of deployment. I became adept at prioritizing and taking on challenging opportunities that required critical thinking and focused execution.
