Jaime Padilla serves clients in our Industrial/Natural Resources and Healthcare Sectors. He is based in Mexico City and has completed several important searches and Leadership and Succession projects in Mexico and Latin America. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jaime was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where he had a 12-year career and worked at their Mexico City and London offices. At BCG, he advised Industrial Goods, Private Equity and Healthcare companies on a wide range of complex strategy, commercial and organization issues. He was also a core member of their Corporate Development Practice. Jaime received his B.S. in Economics from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in English and Spanish
