Graham is a Partner at The McLean Partnership and brings more than 12 years' experience in executive search. His experience and expertise includes senior executive (c-suite and equivalent) and non-executive appointments for a diverse array of Higher Education institutions, independent research institutes, and other research and innovation focused organizations in the public and private sectors. Graham has advised on more than 500 senior appointments, including more than 100 NED/advisory appointments, and over 250 Professors or equivalent research leaders. Although much of Graham's work has been for clients in the UK and across Europe, he has also supported clients in North and South America, Africa, India, South-East Asia, and Australia. Graham holds a first-class honours degree in Zoology and a PhD in Genetics and Neuroscience, both from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to his career in search, Graham was a Research Fellow at Imperial College London.
