After completing her vocational training as a bank clerk and studying economics at the University of Wuppertal, Christiane Schwandt began her career at Randstad in 2001. She worked there for a total of 13 years, eight of them in personnel consulting. Since 2014, she has worked as an independent consultant. From 2015, she initially worked successfully for Passion for People for seven years. She then expanded her international network and experience at a globally operating personnel consultancy. Since 2016, she has been back with Passion for People. Christiane Schwandt lives in Solingen in the Bergisches Land region with her husband, son, and family dog.
