Ward P. Feste has over 30 years of executive search experience focused nationally in the real estate industry and has had success in recruiting in all real estate functions. He has completed more than 400 searches in such areas as fund management, REIT securities investment management, mortgage finance, property acquisitions and sales, development, leasing, asset and property management, and corporate management across all property types. Prior to co-founding the Peregrine Group in 2009, Ward was Managing Director at the Carlyle Group, where he headed their nationally recognized retained executive search practice in commercial real estate. Ward graduated from the Kelley School of Business of Indiana University in 1983 and has been active in numerous professional real estate associations and university organizations. He is also a board member for City of Hope’s Real Estate Action Committee (REACH).
