She has over fifteen years of experience in recruitment consultancy, successively at Heidrick & Struggles then at CTPartners, where she was a partner in the Financial Services Practice. From 2012 on, she was in charge of recruiting senior executives at the Casino Group. At Vendôme Associés, Françoise covers searches for leaders and experts in investment banking, private equity and corporate clients. Françoise is an HEC graduate.
