Rodrigo Forte is a recognized leader in the executive search and leadership development sector, with over 24 years of experience in strategic advisory for executives, board members, and shareholders. Throughout his career, he founded and led two of the most relevant executive search and selection operations in Brazil, establishing himself as a reference in the sector. Currently, he is Founding Partner and Managing Partner at EXEC, where he leads strategic initiatives for the selection and development of top executives and board members in national and multinational companies. Since 2001, he has been directly involved in human resources and governance projects, always focusing on organizational transformation and alignment with business strategies. Beyond his role at EXEC, Rodrigo has a strong global presence in the industry. From 2019 to 2024, he served as a Board Member of AESC – Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, an organization representing over 16,000 professionals in 70+ countries, setting the highest standards in the sector. Currently, he continues as President of AESC Brazil, leading initiatives focused on excellence, innovation, and governance in leadership selection and development in the country. Rodrigo also plays a key role in the “Executivo de Valor” award, organized by Valor Econômico, where he leads the technical jury responsible for selecting Brazil’s top CEOs across 24 categories – a highly prestigious recognition in the market. He holds a Law degree from PUC/SP, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV/SP, a Coaching certification from ICI (2009), and has completed Board Member training at IBGC.
