Graduated with a Master 1 in Business Law and a Master 2 in General Business Administration at the IAE of Bordeaux, Charlotte discovered headhunting 10 years ago during an internship carried out within a Paris office. She quickly fell in love with this job made of cunning, exchanges and questioning. She evolves there within the Hunting team of which she ends up taking the lead. Trained in "traditional" hunting and sourcing, very customer satisfaction oriented, it was very natural that she joined Keyman's Parisian development project in the summer of 2016 as an Executive Search specialist. Coming from a (very) large family, Charlotte finds her happiness between moments spent in the tribe and extended reading time. The Rolling Stones or Brigitte are never far away, and a snowboarding or walking session is always planned! Charlotte embarks on the search for the profiles best suited to the needs of her clients with determination and passion, impatient and curious to discover the path that will lead her there.
