A graduate in Philosophy and Human Resources Management (IGS), Vianney began his career in the Careers Department of Groupe SEB as digital recruitment manager then group recruitment and mobility manager. Eager to specialize in recruitment, he continued his career within an independent headhunting firm in Lyon before joining MacAnders Group in 2019 to develop the FMCG, Distribution and Services activity. Vianney is fluent in English.
