Dietrich Groth is Managing Director of DELTACON Berlin GmbH. The competence center “FMCG / consumer goods (non food), retail & packaging” is his area of ​​responsibility . In the individual branches of this competence center, he specializes in the search and selection of executives and specialists from the areas of sales, marketing, purchasing, SCM and finance / controlling.

Dietrich Groth has more than 20 years of experience in various management functions in industry and trade in Europe - including as managing director and board member. His respective responsibility always included an international orientation. The development and implementation of market and marketing strategies for leading branded goods companies was just as much a part of his area of ​​responsibility as extensive responsibility for restructuring, turnaround and change management.

Before founding DELTACON, Mr. Groth worked as a partner for a Swiss personnel consultancy.

He is a business graduate and completed his studies at the TU Berlin.
