Alexandra holds a Master 2 in B to B Marketing. She began her career within the Clarins group and acquired an operational vision of the company. Alexandra then decided to orient her career in headhunting, starting in particular in 2006 at Smith & Jessen Headhunters in Frankfurt then in Paris, and intervenes on missions in France and abroad. Between 2014 and 2016, Alexandra took over the management of the Research Department of the Paris office of MacAnders. In this context, it trains and supports research managers while maintaining the operational management of research and selection missions entrusted to it. She decided to pursue her career in other firms and focused more particularly on Top management assignments. Alexandra returns to MacAnders in 2022 as a Consultant to contribute to the development of Financial Services and Consumer activities. Alexandra is fluent in English.
